Maddie- Records and Red Rocks

Maddie wanted her senior session to be something to incorporate her love for vinyls, music, and the beautiful outdoors of Colorado. What better way to do that then to have half of your session at your favorite local record store, Black and Read, and red rocks amphitheater which is literally known to be one of the coolest music venues to ever exist! This Holy Family senior girl had lots of versatility and style in her session. We took a very non-traditional approach when it came to her senior photos and came at it with more of a creative angle. I am grateful to my clients who choose to trust the process, and work with me with the goal of creating art. If you are ever looking to do a session in any public space that is owned my a business, please make sure to check with the owners and staffing prior to showing up and always be respectful of other patron’s space as they explore the store. Also if you are ever looking to shoot a Red Rocks, be aware, there is no photography permit required for groups under 5, however, even with that being said, you will want to be cautious of the schedule as there are constantly events going on. You will want to avoid days where there are major shows playing or events that may block off the road to access places like this tunnel or the nearby trail.
