Rocky Mountain National Park Couples Session
Emma + Jesse got married last year in the middle of COVID! They wanted to do something special for their one year anniversary of marriage, so what better way to celebrate one year of marriage than a photoshoot in Rocky Mountain National Park?
We started the evening by meeting up at a spot in Estes Park and carpooling through RMNP! This makes it so much easier to hop out of the car for some quick pictures alongside the road.
RMNP is only about an hour and 1/2 drive from the Denver Metro area, so its an easy and beautiful drive!
I asked if they would be willing to frolic in the meadow, to which they happily obliged! There is nothing better than a high-energy, happily in love couple just looking for a good time!
We made our way up to Dream Lake and the couple got all dressed up into their wedding attire!
Rocky Mountain National Park is a perfect place for engagement, elopement, or anniversary photos! Make sure to pick a good time of the year, summer is RMNP’s peak season so expect crowds!
Winter months are less busy, but may be more difficult to access trails such as Dream Lake unless everyone is equip with snowshoes. Summer is much easier to access with more enjoyable weather, however the mosquitoes can be a killer so BRING THAT BUG SPRAY!
I am a local photographer, so I do not travel any travel fees. Photography permit for this location is $50.
