Vintage Mountain Wedding

Mary + Wesley got married in beautiful Estes Park surrounded by their friends and family. Everything about their wedding day was just magical with the fog rolling over the nearby mountain and elk in the nearby distance sounding their calls.

This wedding came together as a group effort and truly rang in with the “It takes a village” mentality. For these two, community and communion is everything. Everything about their wedding reflected their personalities, their values, and their love for each other.

Family members came together in so many ways. Mary’s sister handmade her dress, another sister made their cake, friends put together and designed their floral arrangements, the family cooked the entire dinner, and their friends helped decorate the entire outdoor space.

It’s not everyday that you meet people who are so kind and willing to help their loved ones in the same way Mary + Wesley’s village came together for them.

I had never shot a wedding in a similar kind of set up, but O’Connor Pavilion in Estes Park was an incredible location that I would highly recommend to anyone who is wanting a DIY, laid back outdoor type of wedding.
